We share your personal and financial information with our lending partners during the matching process to help find suitable loan options for you. This sharing of information occurs after you submit your loan application and give consent to us to find loan options on your behalf.
We may share and receive information from credit reporting agencies to assess your creditworthiness.
We may share your information with third-party service providers who assist us in conducting our business, such as identity verification services, cloud storage providers, and IT support services.
We may share your email address and other contact information with marketing platforms, including Google, for the purposes of:

Cloud Storage: All customer information is stored securely in a cloud-based platform. The servers for this platform are located in the Asia Pacific region.
We may transfer your information to overseas partners and service providers located in Australia, the United States, and other jurisdictions where our marketing and technology partners operate.
When sharing data with platforms like Google, your information may be processed in countries that may not have privacy laws equivalent to New Zealand's Privacy Act 2020. By providing your information to us and accepting this Privacy Policy, you consent to these international transfers.

• AML/CFT records: As required under the Anti-Money Laundering and Countering Financing of Terrorism Act 2009.
